Point Trail
The Point Trail is near Happy Jack. The drive out there is more than an hour. The trail is short, about half a mile down, but steep. At the bottom is a clear creek and swimming holes. I was surprised how much water there given how dry it has been this year.
Carpenter ants and other insect damage decorated this log.
Graffiti was only prevalent on this surface.
This collection of boulders was cool looking. They almost looked like they were framing a doorway.
A tree that is slowly splitting near its base.
I thought this stump was interesting. You could see limbs were embedded in the trunk.
